A year past and still no refund!!!

I had a service done on my vehicle in December 2019. I was told that Liquid Capitol could not pay my service due to some internal issue with the way the policy was set up on their end. So I had to pay for this during my holiday, and its not cheap!

So I approached them and they acknowledged it, and gave me the step to follow to get the refund. It took me some time but I followed the steps. First they did not know how to unzip a folder. Then I sent the files directly, and took some time before they confirmed they got it. This was June!!!!

And after that I chased the support agent (Thato Ntheledi) down for up to 5 MONTHS!!!!!!! with minimal responses from their end!

Then it got forwarded to Lesego Tlhabanyane in October, just to request more documentation! Which I dont understand, I paid it, they acknowledged it was a mistake on their end. And now I have to jump hoops to get my money back after almost a YEAR!

Now the trail has gone cold all of a sudden, AGAIN! No responses to my mail.

This "Service" is atrocious!
