I don't even think my horrible review is even necessary, consider the over 600 1-star reviews they have.

********** service like I have never experienced, a completely lack-lustre approach to clients. The fact that this company still exists is a wonder to me, these profiteering idiots are a joke.

Next step is ombudsman.
