A bit of a problem when your service interval gets delayed thru factors outside your control and not your fault

Had small hickup where my vehicle was accidentaly damaged and repairs delayed due to no spares available. Then when I finaly got it back, and took for service, the Kia service centre said i took more than a year since last service so Liquid Capital will not pay under my service plan. After 2 days of arguing, and getting proof that the repairs delayed my car service, the finally agreed to pay for service 60km as per service plan
