60% shortdall
Booked my car for 150 000km since I have a service plan with them. Quote is R28 000 they are only willing to pay R11 000 the other R16 000 is my shortfall. Are not willing to honor their terms and conditions. No one is willing to provide an explanation. Need to go a bank and get a loan to service my car. Very reluctant to approve quote for services. Very unreliable.
