I was at renault in November for a service on my vehicle and was bneing told that I have to come back in December as my service is only due in December (as per the service advisor and liquid capital. I got there this morning and the person that told me this has resigned. I booked the car in and left the dealership only to be called couple hours later to be told that I have to come back in october. I go back to the dealership and asked whats happening and why they not servicing the vehicle?. The service advisor said I missed a service in April anmd therefore it cannot be serviced. My service light only indicated that I needed a service two months ago. Ive had the car for a year in november month. I am now sitting with a vehicle that needs a major service and I am too afraid to drive it. I have been on the phone with 2 agents one promised to call me back, but nothing. on my plan says 120kms or annually. my car is currently sitting at 107kms and I have not serviced my car since I had it. I was recomended to Liquid Capital by a friend and that friend said that the service is **********, well they werent wrong.
