5 months of a query with Liquid Capital and no solution as yet still

I had a bad experience with liquid capital . i could not service my car due to lock down and my policy lapsed , but prior to that i made arrangements with them that once we are allowed to service cars then i will book it . My query has been into escalation till today , with no solution

no calls or emails were done to update on the feedback . if i dont call , no follow up is done . I wouldn't recommend Liquid capacity for anyone , their reaction in solving enquirers takes forever . its now been 5 months !! My query is been escalated all the time .

i got an sms on the 05th of August to say my Query is resolved , olny to find that it was not . I was given False hope
