360plus / Liquidity Capital maintenance plan issues on my VW Polo.

I have been dealing with this company about my maintenance plan for over a week now. They refuse to fully cover my claim for maintenance work on my car, although my maintenance plan is STILL valid for any couple of kilometers. My car (at Barons Bruma dealership) currently has about 91500km on the clock and the plan is valid until approx. 92400km. They decided to close the plan based on the fact that I had recently took my car in for a 90000km service. In addition, they keep on changing the story from my plan being closed / expired to partially covering my claim to the matter being to escalated to senior management (who apparently is on training and out of office) and this has essentially been going in circles for a week now. It seems that even the individual, Clinton Sagathaven, is not honest about the release of funds. He is the one who claims senior anagement is away on training.

This is a pathetic service offering to the customer.
