10/10 Palesa Temogo - Excellent Customer Service

Liquid Capital is a company with millions probably of their customers and at this point in time, I would like to point out a few individuals who went out of their way to make sure that a customer like myself is not taken for granted.

Palesa Temogo and Pearl Sofuthe, Liquid Capital are lucky to have people like you, you ladies are amazing and your customer service is out of this world.

I remember when I called in, and I spoke with Palesa Temogo she sent me a mail with the case number, and a week later she still managed to follow up on the matter.

Then I got frustrated by Hyundai Constantia Kloof claiming that they can't reach Liquid Capital yet when I call, I managed to speak with Pearl Sofuthe and because of the frustration, Pearl Sofuthe managed to keep her cool, explained to me about factors which were not explained to me by Hyundai Constantia Kloof upon buying the vehicle and she still looked at my case, checked the case number and advised that Palesa Temogo will call me back as she is the one who is handling my case.

Palesa Temogo had various conversations with Hyundai Constantia Kloof (sales lady as well as the manager) and a lot of lies were told (thanks to the call recordings - Palesa managed to catch them out) and today, I'm a happy customer - my car is going in for service tomorrow
