Worst service provider ever

The worst service ever,i have been calling with no assistance, my wifi is not working, the technician who came in said he won't be able to assist as this should be attended to by the maintenance department, whom have not yet contacted me, when I called to check if my case has been assigned to anyone the consultant could not disclose that to me but rather transferred my call to someone who was supposed to assist... I HAVE PAID FOR THIS SERVICE BUT YET I'M NOT GETTING ANY ASSISTANCE, MUST I WAIT TILL JANUARY OR AM I GOING TO GET ASSISTANCE OR SWITCH TO A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER?... CAN LINTEG FIBRE ADVISE
