Worst provider

Worst experience ever. Its been a week without fibre connection and all they can say is they dont know what the problem is. Its ridiculous. And then I still recieve a FULL bill at the end of the month and yet 50% of the time I cannot use what I am paying for. To top it off they have the sole contract in my area and there are no othet providers....... Today I gave my one months notice even LTE is better than this ****.
