Worst Internet provider

If I could give this company zero, I would shame I been having problems with the fiber since last week Wednesday. The fiber keeps saying "Connected without internet". I called for assistance and spent hours without being assisted. They said a ticket will be opened, no communication has been made since Wednesday till today and I am working from home. This is really affecting me a lot, I which Jabulani Ekhaya Complex could allow us to bring our own service provider because Linteg is a daylight ******* company. They want their money monthly but can not help when customers need assistance.
