WORST FIBRE COMPANY, EVER!

The worst fibre company ever! I would not recommend anyone to join them. If you have not, please do not go their direction, look somewhere else! We use use them for dstv connection.

For the last month and few weeks we have not had signal in our house. I then contacted them to come check it out. Their technician who had an attitude for days! came and could not fix the problem. He then said, someone from the company they outsource will come and diagnose what the root cause could be and fix the problem.

Guess what? its almost 2 months no one has come and the problem has not been fixed. This company doesn't deserve to be a service provider! They don't even deserve the 1 star that I gave them, it should be no star
