Worst customer service

I've had the worst experience with this company ever since I started using their services. When you don't pay on time, they get hold of you quickly. Their internet is not stable, every now and then you have to call them. Their customers service is so weak, it takes them 30minutes to pick the call. It takes 2 days to get issues resolved. I really regret using their service. I have been on contract with them for 5 months, my premium have gone up; from paying R450 now I have to pay R500. Apparently it's their service provider who increased their fees.
