Worse service ever_Pathetic Linteg

I have been without internet for 4 days now. I have been told that the server is down in my area and it is affected by outage. If you as a business are aware of such and you not following up and making sure that clientele is happy that raises alot of concerns.

1. You were aware that the is an issue however they failed to make sure aware, i had to follow up and was given a lame excuse. I am thinking of cancelling this service. I am paying for something i am unable to use. This is not the first time i have experienced such with LinHell....

I am hoping that by choosing this platform to escalate such pathetic service my issue will be resolved.

I need my internet sorted or i will reverse my payment and organize for this ******* to be collected.
