Very poor service and we are paying through the roof for it.
Their network in sophiatown has become very slow especially from 3pm onwards. There is definitely shaping going on. I now mostly rely on my rain connection. Support takes forever to respond to issues and sometimes close without resolving. I may have to cancel this service and will encourage other people in my hood to do the same.
