VERY BAD SERVICE
Hi Linteg,
Birch Acres fiber has been down for over days now. In this period we only received an update once. This company treat us like we don't matter when we pay our monthly subscriptions promptly without fail. What's disappointing is the LIES we get told everytime we call to equire about the outage.
They have this standard line that a technician has been dispatched to site. What they don't you is I leave next to their POP. I spoke to the security at the POP yesterday and she told me there hasn't been any technician sent to sight for the past two days. That is Thursday and Friday (yesterday). Our fiber is still down and no communication from Linteg on what's being done. This is unacceptable. I can't wait to cancel my subscription with this arrogant company as soon as WebAfrica fishes its infrastructure rollout.
Communication was sent out to customers, the first sms being on 01 June which read as follows;
''Dear Valued Customer
Currently Access is being denied to our equipment by the community Security as they have not received payment from the department of education.
We are working on resolving this issue ASAP.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

The last sms was sent today and read as follows;
''Dear valued customer
We are aware of the outage in the area, it is due to power failure where our POP is located. The teams are working on getting services up. We will continue to share updates on the progress.
We apologize for the inconvenince.
Regards
Linteg Fibre Support''
Please note, a technician was on site on the 10th of June and we are still being denied access to our POP.
