Uselessness at it's highest

I am so done with this company I can only wish them well I will not forget the incompetence I have experienced especially this year every month without fail I lost 5 days of interrupted internet this month they certainly took it to another level since the 7th to date I've been without the internet. They closed the tickets while the issue is persisting so I'm over this relationship it's not working for me it's costly and emotionally draining.
