Useless ISP in SA

This company is the most usless fibre provider in the country. they came to install fibre at my house and never provided a power supply for the ONT its been 2 weeks now since i have been calling and sending emails everyday, they just close tickets and never say anything but im being billed for an uncoplete installation.
