The Worst Service Providers

I stay in Birch Acres, Kempton Park. BE Broadband powered by Linteg has been going offline from 4 pm until 9 am the next morning for the whole week + weekend, Tuesday and Wednesday it was gone the Whole 24 hours.

We are not getting any alerts on maintenance or shutdown. No Apologies, none. You get home from work and there is no internet service.

I don't know whether they are cutting costs at our expense because it is definitely a planned routine. When you call their *********** call center, you just get more reason to be frustrated.

There should be a way to hold such *********** service providers accountable, who charge clients money and do not deliver.

Their monopoly in areas such as Birch Acres makes them arrogant and swindle monthly subscriptions in exchange for mediocre services just because they are the only service provider in our area. We go for days with no service, yet they don't pro-rata their monthly invoices for days when service was not delivered.

Our silence is not stupidity, we are fed up and frustrated, we know you don't care, but we won't *****own or stand by as you rob us, shape up or be held accountable.
