Supend

Hi I have problem every 3rd of the month they suspend my acc and I am paying on the 15Th..every 3rd I must contact them and complain about the same thing they keep saying they have fixed it then come the 3rd I must contact which takes a lot of my airtime and time doing the same thing every month

Please do the right thing and give us the good service..
