I was assisted by a gentleman by the name of Simphiwe Nkosi with my Fibre The gentleman was very professional and treated me like a goldern client I told him about my issue with my Fibre as I wasn't getting any connection for over a week He even came out personally to see what the issue could have been and when he couldn't find a solution he made sure one came to me He personally requested that a technician be despatched to my place of residence and kept me informed about the process Because of him ill never leave the business He surely is an asset to the organization and gave the impression that their clients is important to the business I'm overwhelmed by the great service he gave me Thank you Mr Nkosi
