Sharon park day 4 with no WiFi

This is day 4 of No WiFi.when you call the company all that is said is someone is working on it.they are not fixing the problem and not updating us in the complex, they are sending us reminders not to forget paying month end but they are not fixing our problem.most of the people in the complex are so angry this is not on at all .
