Service that does not exist, nor support its a ghost town company

For the past year i have been dealing with this useless company.

Speeds is never what they promise.

I first had a 20 up and 20 down of that i got 5 to 6 up and 2 down then ive complained and complained and complained then they conviced upgrading to the 50mb up an 50 down now i did that and my oh my still the same issue and unreliable issues.

All they do is request for a speed test then after sending they close the tickect.

I have asked before i have a DOUBLE STRICT NAT CONNECTION and i want it fixed as it affects multiplayer gaming.

Not only that i have issues with late latency and the packet loss.

With my Xbox pluged in directly into the router with the best possible CAT cable money can buy.

Just last night i had to try game with 290ms Latency and 22% packet loss this is absolutely horrific.

Just note lintng we are now going to run a law suit from our complex to kick you out of your 10 year contract you forced on us further more your service nd company will be reported to the relevent ombusman and Icasa for not delivering what you are selling.

Good luck with your **** company rather sell to Afrihost so they can fix your services.
