Rude , late and don't care for peoples time

I had an appointment at 15:00 today to get my fibre installed , not one person called to tell mw they will be late, when I called to follow up , I got told that do you never get stuck in traffic and the phone hanged up in my ear by Jacky. Being a professional I have to work amd do not have time to waste like this. Can not beleive this is how you treat new customera, how would you treat me if I have problems with my fibre after 3 months. Very disgusting behaviour should be ashemed of yourselves
