I received an excellent Customer Service from Linteg Fibre Pty Ltd and Providence (customer care agent) on Sunday morning 10/04/2023, while handling my query regarding Activation and configuration of my ONT WiFi Router. He was very kind, customer oriented and professional while addressing the matter. I am very satisfied by the customer service experience from Linteg Fibre and its employee named: Providence. He also displays good telephone etiquette/ communication skills and he is indeed an asset to the organisation. Our Country needs people like him.
