Poor service, non-functional internet service, poor customer etiquette

I have been offline for more than 4 days now without a clear explanation as to why I am offline. I just got an update from them 3 days ago telling me that there's an outage due to vandalism. They have not given me an update on the matter as to when it should be resolved. My whole community of Cosmo City, connected to them, has been offline since the same time as me. This is not fair, as we pay for this service, and we should be compensated for the loss of connectivity.

This internet service also goes offline for a day or 2 at least once a month, as well as every day after 11 pm
