Poor service

This is the worst service provider I have ever come across. These people don’t care about their customers, while we battling with not one but two outages this week they were busy reminding us about payment yet we go 24Hrs without connection. Two outages in one week, both 24 hrs. Cannot wait for my 6 months contract to be over so I can jump ship.
