Poor service

I have been have issues with my internet since the 10Th of Dec and have sent emails still the issues has not been resolved. I was given a number to contact by their agent which is Altec number. When I called i was told there was nothing logged and o was supposes to get a ref since the 10th ive been payimg for nothing and im expected to pay for this month for something that does not work
