Poor service

I had an internet issue, and I logged a call on the 28th of October 2024, I received a call on the 29th of October 2024 at 08h08 am, confirming that the technician was coming to fix the issue. At 10h45, I received an email confirming again that the technician was coming

I called them at 14h24 to determine how far the technician they affirmed me that the technician was still coming. At 16h26, I called again because Inam now worried, and the rude supervisor told me that according to the screen, I am only books for Friday the 1st of November 2024 and that the confirmation was sent, which I never receiving
