POOR POOR POOOOOOR SERVICE

If I could give them -10 rating, I would. Paying for connection every month yet only having the wifi on half of that time, I work from home and this is such an inconvenience to me.. it's annoying! they never answer phonecalls and their agents are RUDE! the only department that really seems to be working is accounts, sending invoices and payments reminders on time, every month.. POOR, POOR service, would not recommend to anyone, pity the block I live in is only serviced by Linteg.. literally want to move out at this point.
