Pathetic Service

What a very poor and pathetic service,

Vuma close my ticket (***6) without resolving my issue and I have to wait for another 72hrs turn around time "so pathetic" today a new ticket has been opened (***5) I guess I'm gonna have to call in daily for new ticket number. That's 4 days of no internet at home and I'm forced to leave the office at 10pm because of no internet at home. I highly regret why I've chosen you guys as my new service provider. I'm so livid.
