Pathetic service

Their service is pathetic. Their network is down now and then. You send them a complain they dont reply. When they do they will be telling you it was temporarily. I am fed up, i need to cancel their contract and try another company. I wont advice anyone to take their deals if offered. You dont get the query reference when you send them a query, even if u want to follow up, u have nothing to follow-up with. Today i sent a query aroung 12H30 and i haven't got any reply nothing
