Pathetic 👍

As a work from home person the service is very very very bad. Always no internet connection. Whilst working the internet would cut off. Whenbthe weather is bad they send messages to say there are technical problems. Of which one still has to work and get paid. Yesterday the internet would switch on and of for like 5 to 6 times whilst work. I Speak to clients and the fibre would go off during a call. I think thwy shoukd not be paid dor their services on the days which internet goess off. Every month they receive their full payment with all these issues
