Excellent service to Ncobile for the services rendered. This is after I called in on Monday and another consulted could not assist and indicated that she will send an email to Maintenance Manager. Yesterday engaged with another agent and he could also not resolve the matter and the agent today said i must call him to resolve the matter when I get home imagine. Day made today when I called and a lady by the name of Ncobile was off assistance that she will find her way to have this issue addressed on the call, and wallla the matter resolved within 15 minutes after I merged my call with my daughter at home and I am happy.
