No support and help

linteg Fiber in the beginning they were going good but now they are becoming just like Telkom! CEO don't answer the phone make tickets about the problems no reply no update and problem still continues 3weeks still dealing with the internet cuts and still they don't fix the problem they don't check the problems and they don't believe there customer WhatsApp support what is that!!!! they don't help you!!! they want you to pay for there stuff when there stuff is doesn't work!!!!
