no support

good day after the guys switch the u fiber for the last 2 days now internet is still dropping or as i say disconnecting internet cuts and i been having this problem for a month now i have been making tickets and 90% of the time no response no update nothing whatsoever and your whatsapp support what the hell is that because no one answers and they don't do there reply or anything so what the use of having whatsapp support when no one doing there dam jobs and now i don't know what to do anymore it not becoming unbearable
