No internet for days

Half of the time the internet is not working at Stamford close. You don’t care about your customers at all. We use this internet for work but your customer service including Ryan does not seem to care. Your back up power is also nonexistent. How do you expect us to pay you if we can’t work? I’m so annoyed by your service and you are about to lose a lot of customers. We haven’t had stable internet for weeks, you know about the issue but you are not doing anything about it.
