No electricity no wifi 😒

Where do I even start.....I wrote a review a month ago appreciating one of your consultants that assisted me with getting my wifi up and running with you guys but little did I know I'm setting myself up for failure. I work remotely and I am based in Flurhof everytime there is loadshedding and I connect my back up the wifi just does not work, I'm always calling to find out the reason coz it was not like this before and no one know, the last time I called during loadshedding I was told they waiting for other people to report which is most likely not to happen because not everyone has back up. This has interrupted my working coz its as good as I don't have back up....can you guys sort out ur issues coz that contract of urs is binding us for 6 months but its not working for me wen I need it the most.
