Linteg Fibre worst nightmare

Linteg Fibre worst service ever. We do not have WiFi since the 5th of September, today is the 10th still no sign whatsoever. I've called, sent WhatsApp, also an email which I got this reference number [Ticket #102304], no response at all. They **** and said they would send a technician, every time we call they act surprised as if they don't know or we never logged calls. How on earth do we pay for a service which is hardly rendered. I've had enough of this company, the level of incompetence!
