Linteg fibre intermittent connectivity issues

I'm extremely frustrated with the service I've been receiving from FNO. For the past two days, my internet has been giving me issues, which started when your switch was flapping. However, when I reached out for assistance, I was told that the issue is with my ISP. I'm disappointed that FNO isn't taking ownership of the problem and instead shifting the blame.

I'd appreciate it if you could look into this further and provide a more comprehensive solution. I'm not sure who to turn to for help, and I'd like to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Can you please assist me in getting my internet up and running smoothly? I'd appreciate your help in getting to the bottom of this issue.
