This company is not professional, they have hired useless technicians I can say they go for cheap labor and the technician called Brian the most useless technician who can't solve problems but keep closing tickets without any solutions.

we pay them every month but they are no services rendered, to be honest, every week you get internet only twice or 3 times if you are lucky. I guess they will never take customers seriously I think its high time they are taken out of business cause they don't really give any services to anyone
