Exceptional services and technial expertise by linteg Fibre I ordered fibre from from linteg Fibre on the 30th June 2024 and I was amazed at how quickly the services got activated within an hour as infrastructure was already installedon my property. 8 hours later after my services was activated my kids pulled out the charger of the router and damaged the charger port/pin same time whilst trying to figure out if they can use the ssame usb charger for their phones in the house. i had just left the house and on my arrival got the unfortunate news. I immediately called Newcore fibre and they promised to bring a new device and charger the following morning. To my surprisse i was awaken by the call around 7am by the technical team from Linteg fibre that had come to do repairs. Damaged device was replaced in no time and team kept me entertained by the advise they gave me on how to keep the devices safe from kids.The customer service was exceptional, as they kept me updated throughout the entire process. I had a question about the product, and their support team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with newcore fibre and their partner linteg was outstanding, and I can’t wait for my next purchase and upgrade to 100mps from 50mbs on my other property and iam referring my friends in my alveda to join as i have never had any downtime unlike other service providers around.
