Linteg Fibre bogus monthly service

Hi we have recently been connected with the Fibre in our township.. And use the services of Linteg fiber but we have been paying for a service of a month but only receive half of the month service because of month interruptions and they happen on a, specify time like they plan them... It's, either month end 15th or from the 22nd till 26th I have been complaining with their service but no one is trying to avail themselves and take accountability
