Linteg fiber is a disaster

Linteg fiber is the not keeping up with good standards lately,2nd time in 1week I have been left with no Internet connection for hours!Remember we a dealing with load shedding so when the power is on we want to connect to our Internet and enjoy the service but that seems impossible because most of the time Linteg fiber is down! I'm so disappointed and unhappy with the way their Fiber is being down lately.The agent I spoke to today Miranda seemed like she's not understanding my frustration a s she kept on saying the fiber is restored and it will eventually be up in my house but it's been hours I have been waiting!!!!!
