Lintec fibre useless

This fibre is up to **** they came to install it in the beginning of December and still not working they installed secondhand **** in my house and then they can't even link the router to the system ist a month now that im still without wifi , please dont use this server provider . I phoned them like 10 times today and all that they can say we'll call you back in 5 min ,im still waiting for the 1st call still nothing , ****ing useless really
