Lesego deserves to train others to be be like him or even better

My review is half and half... I'll start with the bad... I had issues with my router over the weekend and I didn't have connection. I emailed and didn't get assistance, I called in on Sunday morning and spoke to Puthi who was not of assistance to me but I total disappointment. I then emailed again on Monday and got no assistance but responses with ticket numbers. I eventually decided to call in and I spoke to a fabulous and patient gentleman named Lesego. He helped me reconfigure my router and it worked immediately. He was a star, he is a star. If I could I would pay him extra just because he treated me like a human and not just a paying customer with a problem. I appreciate him and his trainer.
