I joined Linteg Fibr...

I joined Linteg Fibre around the 6th of June 2024 and on the 13th I was fed up with their weak speed of internet..I was under the impression that fibre was faster than LTE as explained by the agent. They registered me for 10/10 and it was super slow and understood that to be so…but the agent convinced me otherwise. After a number of times of me trying to reach them..I finally cancelled. I was told to pay R750..they tell me they had charged me for the month of July and a pro-rata in June…but am not even in July as yet and I cancelled after a week.Now their communication in this matter has been below poor and the issue is dragging
