I am having a nightmare experience with Lintec Fibre which is a internet connection company

I am having a nightmare experience with Lintec Fibre which is a internet connection company. My fibre has not been working since last week Tuesday the 30 of August. When you call the support for Lintec Fibre they don't answer calls. You send emails they don't resolve your problem. This is the worst Fibre connection company and I wouldn't advise anyone to use their services as their after sales service is horrible and a nightmare.
