Horrible service provider

I don't know what to say anymore, I pay a lot of money to always not have connection. Every other day fibre is down . Send an email no one responds,I have to always spend my airtime calling to report .Linteg is useless I want my connection restored today or cancel my subscription. Can't even work because of this.tickect #54516
