HORRIBLE SERVICE

Horror! Horror! Horror! What a horrible service provider. If there is anything you have done well this far, it is to spoil my families mood everyday. It's so sad you are the only service provider they work with in our complex and so we stuck with you. For 2-weeks your technicians and engineers are failing to get us connected. We have been calling and begging but no one seems to care. It also looks like no one really knows the product very well. The technician honors his appointments only when he wishes to do so, you don't care about people and that makes me wonder why are you in the space of serving people. I would never recommend any day. 2-weeks later I'm still not connected after a tons of calls with your agents. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
